Our Team

Milé Plumbing & Construction currently employs a diverse team among whom are professionals and highly skilled artisans from various backgrounds and disciplines. We are united by common values that enable us to combine our expertise toward the common goal of providing exceptional services.

Ownership

Milé Plumbing & Construction is owned and managed by Bushy Oberholzer & Kobus Kühn. Bushy was born and bred in Kimberley and is key to the operation. Bushy oversees and manages the business with all the necessary qualifications, business sense, and skills. Kobus Kühn joined Milé in 2019 to assist with marketing and overall runnings of the company.



Safety

The manager conducts routine checks throughout the day to make sure that employees are safe at all times and there is no risk posed to their health and safety.
